Entry & Prohibited Items

• You must exchange your ticket for a wristband at the ticket booth and wear it to enter. Wristbands will be placed directly by staff (including for accompanying persons).


• Re-entry is allowed with your wristband on.


• Dogs are allowed in all outdoor venues of Jarasum Jazz Festival. However, if they disturb the performance or other audience members, you may be asked to relocate.


• Bicycles, kickboards, and all other wheeled transport devices are not allowed. *Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted.


• All types of tents, including sunshades and regular camping tents, are not allowed.


• Cooking is strictly prohibited in the venue. Violators may be removed without refund.


• Chairs without legs can be used in the general seating area. Chairs with legs are only allowed in the designated chair zone.


• No flammable items (candles, fireworks, sky lanterns, etc.), drugs, or hazardous materials are permitted.


• Items or signs containing political, socially critical, racist, religious, or sexual content are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without notice.


• Unauthorized wireless-controlled devices (such as drones, RC cars, RC boats, etc.) are not allowed as they may interfere with the event.

Audience Guidelines

• Smoking: Only allowed in designated smoking zones.


• Photography and Recording: Prohibited for artist copyright and portrait rights protection. Violations may result in legal action.


• Official Media: Photos and videos taken during the festival may be used for promotional purposes.


• Seat Reservation: Not allowed to prevent inconvenience and loss. Bring your belongings with you when leaving the place is highly recommended. Organizers are not responsible for accidents or theft due to personal negligence.


• Comfort and Safety: Prepare for temperature changes with hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, and warm clothing. It can get very cold at night.
