*The 19th Jarasum Jazz Festival does not have a particular seating chart and line-up will be out with General tickets. Jarasum Jazz complies with the government's quarantine rules and the operation policy may be changed according to changes.

* Only the children under 13 can enter the festival for free.  Please bring a proper form of verification documents such as Family relations certificate, a Medical Insurance Card.

* Please note that person without verification must pay the ticket for  admission on site.

‣ 1,000won booking-fee will be charged every purchase.

‣ With one ID, maximum 6 tickets can be purchased.

‣ All tickets is mobile-only tickets. Issuing paper ticket at the festival site is available instead.

‣ The ticket for the 19th Jarasum Jazz Festival will be issued online for an eco-friendly campaign.

‣ The mobile ticket must be exchanged for wrist band at the festival booth. 

‣ The mobile ticket will be delivered to your KAKAO-TALK.

‣ Please make sure to write exact phone number.

‣ Jarasum Jazz Festival has no responsibility 

  regarding incorrect or unlisted phone number under any circumstances.

‣ 2-Day, 3-Day tickets are made of material that can be used for 2 days or 3 days. 

Please note : you must wear the wrist band by the last day of your visit, or cannot be re-issued when it is broken or lost.

‣ Partial cancellation or refund is not available for 2-Day, 3-Day.

‣ One Day Pass only can be used on the designated date. After the ticket is purchased, the cancellation is possible only when the ticket booking agency gets the tickets back 

(only for tickets purchased before Oct. 2).

‣ Cancellation/refund of discounted General Ticket requires fees. 

‣ Cancellation/refund due to a personal decision also requires fee following the same policy of cancellation. Changing the date nor cancellation/refund is not available on the festival date.

‣ Purchasing tickets through unofficial channels is against the law. The festival organization, sponsors, and ticket sales company are not responsible for damages following unofficial transactions.

‣ All delivered tickets including Blind Ticket must be exchanged for the wrist band at the ticket booth to enter the paid stages.

‣ All access including reentering is available with the wrist band.

‣ Camping and cooking in the festival area is prohibited. You can be restricted or send off in case you camp or cook outside of  the authorized camping area. No refund in this case.

‣ Any vehicle having wheel (like bicycle, skateboard) is not allowed  in the festival area. (except stroller and wheelchair)

‣ Flammable items (candles, fireworks, Chinese wish lanterns etc.), drugs or other dangerous items are not allowed to bring in stage.

‣ Bringing and posting products with political, social critics, discriminations, religious, or provocative statements will be expelled from the festival sites without negotiations.

‣ For the audience safety, using any unauthorized remote control device (drone, RC car, boat etc.) is not allowed.

‣ Please use multi-usable containers for foods.

‣ Smoke in only smoking zone.

‣ To protect copyright and privacy, taking videos and phots, doing live on social media and recording will be prohibited, will be charged the legal responsibility.

‣ If you plan to be out of the festival site for long, your items can be moved without asking your permission. The festival is not responsible for any related loss.

‣ The daily temperature range is large during the festival periods, please bring hats, sunglasses, sunscreens, and warm clothes.
