‣Discount - Discounts are applied to the 1-day general ticket for people with disabilities, those aged 65 or older, local residents, and artists themselves.

Please bring relevant documents (resident registration card, driver's license, passport, welfare card, medical insurance card, family relationship certificate, artist pass, etc.) to confirm the eligibility for discount. Without the documents, the difference must be paid on site to enter.

‣ A reservation fee is charged per ticket when making reservation *1,000 KRW before August 14th, 2,000 KRW after August 14th 

Up to 6 tickets can be purchased per ID.

Tickets are not delivered and can only be picked up via mobile or on-site.

‣ The exchange ticket is operated by a mobile ticket system, and a mobile ticket (QR code) is issued individually with the ID of the purchaser through the reservation site APP the day before the viewing.

‣ Mobile tickets must be exchanged for a wristband after scanning the barcode at the box office on festival site.

‣ Tickets delivered as images cannot be exchanged for wristbands. If you wish to receive a ticket as a gift, please change the ticket exchange information through 1:1 inquiry after purchase.

‣ Wristbands can be exchanged from 11:00 on the day of the performance until 30 minutes before the end of the last performance.

‣ In the case of 2-day and 3-day passes (including early-bird tickets), they are made of materials that can be used for 2 or 3 days. Visitors must wear the provided wristband until the last day, and it will not be reissued if lost or damaged.

‣ Event tickets are non-transferable to others, please bring the self’s ID when collecting tickets. 

‣ Partial cancellation and partial refunds are not available for 2-day and 3-day tickets.

‣ When canceling or changing reservations, the reservation cancellation policy applies, and a cancellation fee is charged according to the cancellation date. For detailed cancellation fees, please check the Reservation/Cancellation Information tab on the page.

‣ In case of cancellation or change due to personal circumstances or change of mind, the same cancellation policy as reservation cancellation applies, and the ticket dates cannot be exchanged or refunded on the day of the performance.

‣ Arbitrary commercial transactions through individual transactions, purchase agents, and resale transfers other than official reservation agencies are illegal, and the organizer/host/sponsor/reservation agency is not responsible for any damages caused by illegal transactions.

‣ When entering the paid stage (Jazz Island), you must exchange your ticket for a wristband at the box office and wear it to enter.

‣ You can move and re-enter after wearing the entry wristband.

Camping and cooking within the venue are prohibited, and any cooking or camping outside the designated area of the camping site will be subject to sanctions or expulsion, and refunds are not possible.

‣ All means of transportation with wheels, such as bicycles and quickboards, are not allowed. *Excluding strollers and wheelchairs

All types of tents, such as shade tents and general tents, are not allowed.

‣ Bringing in and using firearms (candles, fireworks, wind lanterns, etc.), drugs, and dangerous substances are prohibited.

‣ In the case of bringing in or posting items containing political, social criticism, racist, religious, or sexual phrases, you will be removed without consultation.

‣ Unauthorized radio controllers (drones, RC cars, RC boats, etc.) cannot be brought in.

‣ When bringing food, please use reusable containers.

‣ Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking zones.

‣ Taking pictures and videos related to the performance, broadcasting live through SNS, and recording are prohibited to protect the artist's copyright and portrait rights, and you may be subject to legal action.

‣ During the festival, official photos and videos of artists and audiences will be taken, and some of the filmed scenes will be used as promotional materials for the Jarasum Jazz Festival in the future.

‣ Marking and holding a seat in the venue interferes with viewing the performance, so if a seat is left empty for a long time, items may be moved without your consent, and the organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the process.

‣ As there is a large daily temperature difference, please prepare a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and warm clothes for a pleasant time.

The Pet Friendly Zone is for Jarasum Jazz Festival with your dogs. Please be mindful of your dog's behavior so that it does not interfere with the performance.

When you pick up your ticket, enter after filling out the Agreement for accompanying your dog. (Check internal and external registration chips)

Only 1 dog per person is allowed. (Cannot exceed 2 dogs and more)

In the case of a group of people with 1 dog, you can purchase and use dog-accompanied seats for the number of people entering. (ex. 2 people, 1 dog = 2 Pet Friendly Zone seats purchased)

Seats with dogs are operated on a designated seat system, and a 1.5m x 1.8m size mat is prepared at the seat. (Personal mats can be used in reserved seats)

For safety, the length of the leash is limited to 2m. The entry is restricted when using an automatic leash, and refunds are not possible.

Only dogs that have received the 3rd vaccination or higher can enter.

Dangerous dog breeds registered under Article 1, Paragraph 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Animal Protection Act are not allowed to enter. Also, menstruating dogs, aggressive dogs, and dogs that bark overly are not recommended to participate.

Dogs that pose a threat to humans or dogs may be denied entry.

The festival is not responsible for dog fights and the safety of owners caused by carelessness of the owners.

Please clean up after your dog.

There are no off-leash areas in Jarasum. Please hold tight the leash.

Even well-trained dogs can behave out of the blue when in a crowd with other dogs. Please always watch carefully.

The act of giving food and snacks to other guardians' dogs is prohibited, and please refrain from greeting each other without permission.

Due to the nature of the music festival, if there is excessive barking that interferes with the music enjoyment, you may request to move the venue. *You may be asked to leave in case of continuous barking.

In case of problems due to negligence of dog management, festival staff may make you leave.

All dogs, except for guide dogs for the visually impaired, are not allowed in the seats other than Dog Friendly Zone seats, and pets are not allowed in all areas of the Jarasum camping site.

** If a threatening situation is expected or occurs due to negligence of the dog, the staff will immediately take you out of the festival site, and the owner will be responsible for any problems caused by it.
